Returns policy

At Bravus Data, we are committed to providing high-quality, accurate, and campaign-ready B2B data solutions. Our goal is to ensure that every client receives the value they expect through reliable, actionable data. Because of the nature of our product—customized and delivered digitally—our refund policy is designed with fairness and transparency in mind.

1. Refund on Delivered Data

Due to the customized, digital nature of our services, all data sales are final once delivered. We do not offer refunds after 30 days completed for data deliveries, as the data becomes accessible and usable immediately upon transfer.

2. Quality Assurance Guarantee

While refunds are not standard, we stand behind the accuracy and quality of our data. If more than 10% of the delivered data is found to be inaccurate, outdated, or undeliverable, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement Data matching the original criteria, or

  • Credit toward a future purchase.

To request a quality check, clients must notify us within 7 calendar days of data delivery and provide sufficient evidence of the inaccuracy (e.g., bounce reports, duplicate records, or invalid contact information).

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before any data processing or research has begun. Once our team has started preparing your dataset—typically within 24 hours of order confirmation—the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.

4. Custom Quote and Subscription Services

For clients using ongoing services or custom quotes:

  • Refunds are not applicable once the monthly or batch data delivery begins.

  • If there is an issue with recurring services, clients must notify us in writing at support@bravusdata.com at least 5 business days prior to the next billing cycle.

5. Exceptions

We may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis in the event of:

  • Technical errors on our part (e.g., wrong dataset delivered).

  • Accidental duplicate charges.

  • Service failure beyond acceptable resolution.

In such cases, our team will conduct a review and respond within 5–7 business days.
